Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Internal Sales Representative is tasked with providing customer service via phone, email, or in-person at the counter. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing requests and transactions, and making outbound calls to promote products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with existing clients to promote and sell our products.
  • Actively listen to clients to meet their needs and respond to requests.
  • Suggest alternative or complementary products and explore new opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Process client orders and input them into WinBSA.
  • Invoice customers for shipped orders.
  • Coordinate with Supervisor to address specific customer needs.
  • Ensure timely preparation and availability of products for next-day shipping.
  • Request quality control documentation as needed by clients.
  • Manage stockouts as requested by clients and provide updates when products are back in stock.
  • Handle merchandise return forms and submit them for dispatch.
  • Communicate order delays or issues to clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of similar experience, preferably in food or manufacturing.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, written and oral.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP or SAP applications is a plus.
