We're a loving family with a 1.5-year-old daughter and a new baby due in January. Mom is a stay-at-home parent in need of a reliable, organized extra set of hands to ensure the home runs smoothly and to provide love and care to the kids. The role is for a part- to full-time nanny/household helper focusing on daily childcare, cleaning, and simple meal preparation. Key Responsibilities * ~Engage our toddler with age-appropriate play, reading, outdoor time, naps, and snacks/meals.~ ~Support newborn care alongside mom (diapering, soothing, bottles, tidy nursery) once baby arrives.~ ~Daily home tidying: dishes, counters, floors, toys, general reset.~ ~Weekly cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, laundry (wash/fold), bed linens.~ ~Simple family meal prep: chopping, cooking basic meals, batch prep, kids snacks.~ ~Household organization: closets, toys, pantry, rotating seasonal clothes.~ ~Occasional errands such as groceries and shopping.~ Must-Haves Experience with infants & toddlers (references required). A natural sense of organization and initiative.
