JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join the warm and welcoming Les Richeloises private senior residence as a server. Working here is more than just a job; it's a life experience. You'll have the chance to be recognized, valued, continuously improve service, and significantly impact the daily lives of seniors.

SCHEDULE:

• Permanent full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plastering, painting, changing lights, various installations)
• Assist residents with any defects involving the residence's responsibility
• Be available for emergencies
• Report material and product needs for maintenance and building upkeep

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge in plumbing, electricity, and minor repairs
• Experience with senior residences is a major plus
• At least one year of similar job experience
• Education in the field is a plus
