I work as a nurse on shift schedules (7am-7pm), while my husband works 9-5, Monday to Friday. Although my parents can occasionally help with childcare, our energetic little boy can be quite demanding! We're seeking a babysitter or nanny to lend a helping hand in the evenings and occasionally for full days, aligning with my work shifts.
