Our Airbus Atlantic site in Mirabel is looking for its future Operations Quality Supervisor - A220 - Evening Shift.

Job Summary:

The Evening Quality Supervisor's mission is to ensure the compliance of aerospace structures with engineering requirements, client specifications, and prevailing quality standards while managing a team of quality inspectors and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations during the evening shift. The role includes supervising inspection activities, resolving quality issues, and continuous process improvement.

Your challenges include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of quality inspectors during the evening shift;
• Ensuring compliance of aerospace structures with engineering, client specifications, and quality standards;
• Managing non-conformities, initiating corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring follow-up;
• Ensuring measurement and inspection tools used by the team and production are calibrated and compliant;
• Participating in developing and implementing inspection plans and quality procedures;
• Training and guiding team members in applying procedures and enhancing their skills;
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and maintenance departments to resolve quality issues and optimize processes;
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.);
• Ensuring team health and safety compliance;
• Preparing and presenting quality performance reports.
