Your Responsibilities

• Listen to client needs and resolve complex situations.
• Advise and offer appropriate solutions to individual and small business clients for their transaction, investment, personal finance, tailored insurance, and estate planning needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage renewal or renegotiation.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
• Ensure compliance and risk management.
