The Quebec Seminary is looking for a full-time permanent pipefitter (plumber) to meet its needs in the workshops department. Opportunities are open for semi-retirees or those interested in part-time positions (3 or 4 days/week). The core responsibilities include verification, repair, modification, and installation tasks related to plumbing, heating, and automatic sprinklers. A valid qualification certificate recognized by the competent authority is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace piping and install new fixtures (e.g., taps, valves).
• Manage household air, water, sewer, and gas lines for supply and return networks.
• Unclog sinks, showers, urinals, toilets, and floor drains.
• Start-up and shut down plumbing systems.
• Bend, cut, thread, install, and connect pipes.
• Check and maintain heating and circulation pumps.
• Coordinate with support staff and contractors for preventive maintenance.
• Perform any related tasks as needed.
