Candidates must have a valid certification recognized by pertinent authorities. Key responsibilities include: repairing or replacing pipes, installing new fixtures, handling domestic air, water, sewer, and gas lines, unclogging drains, and ensuring system operations. Other tasks involve pipe bending, cutting, threading, pump maintenance, and coordinating with support staff. The role includes preventive maintenance duties with subcontractors.
