What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting our production team with positivity and enthusiasm
• Coordinating daily tasks, workflows, and priorities to keep orders on track
• Ensuring quality control so every product meets our high Sweetapolita standards
• Training, mentoring, and inspiring team members
• Jumping in hands-on to keep production running smoothly
• Collaborating with management to improve processes and maintain a safe, happy workplace

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a production, food service or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to motivate and build a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A positive attitude and a love for colourful, creative products!
