Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor manages operations and teams during the evening shift. They ensure productivity, quality, and health-safety objectives are met while fostering a respectful and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations in collaboration with team leads.
• Ensure availability of resources (staff, equipment, materials).
• Act as a coach to the teams.
• Ensure adherence to work methods and HSE procedures.
• Contribute to process optimization, training, and personnel evaluation.
• Plan schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with the quality, technical, maintenance, and logistics departments.
• Lead daily team meetings and participate in production meetings.
• Propose continuous improvement avenues and support plant projects.

Requirements

• Motivational leadership and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, autonomous, meticulous, and proactive.
• Proficient with IT tools (Office Suite, MRP is a plus).
• 5 years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment (non-unionized).

Education

• College diploma (DEC or certificate) in production, human resource management, or any related field.
