Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Quality Industry Supervisor and in collaboration with the Metrological Function Leader, the Quality Analyst Metrology is tasked with strengthening our metrology team by handling non-compliance metrological reports. This strategic mission aims to enhance the reliability of our metrological tools and the performance of our operations.

Your Challenges:

• Ensure follow-up of documentation from opening to closure of non-conformity reports;
• Analyze the root causes of non-conformity notices;
• Evaluate the performance and reliability of calibration means;
• Contribute to corrective action plans across multiple sectors.

Your Profile:

• Holder of a college diploma in Quality Assurance, Metrology;
• Experience in managing non-conformities, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
• Practical knowledge of aeronautical quality standards (e.g., AS/EN 9100) is an advantage;
• Proficiency in the principles and practices of metrology, including calibration, equipment verification, and uncertainty management;
• Mastery in problem-solving tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto);
• Understanding of quality management systems;
• Ability to tackle problems with a structured and detailed approach;
• Aptitude to interact clearly and concisely with different stakeholders (technicians, engineers, management, external providers) both verbally and in writing;
• Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in continuous improvement.
