Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Industry Quality Supervisor and in cooperation with the reference for the metrological function, the Quality Metrology Analyst aims to strengthen our metrology team by managing non-conformance reports. This strategic mission targets improving the reliability of our metrological tools and the performance of our operations.

Your Challenges:

• Track documentation from opening to closing non-conformance reports.
• Analyze root causes of non-conformities.
• Examine the performance and reliability of calibration means.
• Contribute to multi-trade corrective action plans.

Your Profile:

• Holder of a college diploma in Quality Assurance / Metrology.
• Experience in managing non-conformities, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Practical knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS/EN 9100) is an asset.
• Expertise in metrology principles and practices, including calibration, equipment verification, and managing measurement uncertainties.
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto).
• Understanding of quality management systems.
• Ability to address issues with a structured and detailed approach.
• Proficiency in clear and concise interaction with various stakeholders (technicians, engineers, management, external providers) both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
