Our Mirabel site is looking for its next Quality Metrology Analyst. Under the direct supervision of the Industry Quality Supervisor and collaborating with the metrology function expert, you'll strengthen our metrology team by addressing non-conformity metrology notices. This strategic mission aims to enhance the reliability of our metrological tools and operational performance. Your tasks include:

• Managing documentation from the opening to the closure of non-conformity notices
• Analyzing root causes of non-conformity issues
• Assessing the performance and reliability of calibration processes
• Contributing to corrective action plans

Your profile:

• Degree in Quality Assurance/Metrology
• Experience in managing non-conformities, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS/EN 9100) is an asset
• Proficiency in metrology principles, including calibration and equipment verification
• Skilled in problem-solving tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto)
• Understanding quality management systems
• Ability to approach problems with a structured and detailed mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Independence, initiative, and continuous improvement orientation
