? Your mission:

  • Develop and maintain your client portfolio: Prospecting, meetings, negotiation, and supporting SMEs and large groups across various sectors.
  • Offer tailored solutions: Understand your clients' challenges and identify talents that make a difference.
  • Identify the best profiles: Through our CRM (Salesforce), CV databases, professional networks, and direct approaches.
  • Accompany candidates: Build a trustful relationship, conduct interviews, advise for interviews, and support their professional development.
  • Match talents and needs: Recommend the most relevant profiles to your clients for winning partnerships.

✅ Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • Bilingual French/English (our clients and candidates are sometimes based outside Quebec).
  • Persistent, results-oriented, with a strong initiative spirit.
  • Listener, persuasive, and able to inspire trust.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
