These calls and electronic conversations include, but are not limited to, assisting customers throughout their entertainment experience, from the initial creation of the client account on lotoquebec.com to explaining deposit and withdrawal methods while addressing responsible gaming concepts. Basic technical support is offered in addition to guidance across all products offered on the site.
