Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding Teladoc Health services. The role demands professionalism, excellent telephonic skills, and the ability to handle crises when required, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Flexible Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00AM-9:00AM EST
- Thursday and Friday: 8:00PM-12:00AM EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 5:00AM-10:30AM EST
