Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for renting apartments in the residence and selling personalized services to a clientele of retired individuals. The role includes meeting sales targets, expanding the client base through networking, and identifying new opportunities through prospecting activities. Furthermore, participation in activities that promote what distinguishes the residence is required.
Requirements:
- DEC in marketing, DEP in sales, or equivalent
- 3 years of experience, including 2 years in service sales
- Demonstrate Chartwell's RESPECT values
- Networking and communication skills
- Analytical and persuasive mindset
- Ability to listen to clients' needs
- Customer service orientation
- Teamwork capability
- High availability and schedule flexibility (weekends according to established rotation with the management team and availability for special events)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and skills with new information technologies
