If you're passionate about digital advertising, love outbound sales, and want to make an impact with one of the world’s most engaged platforms, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform. This role focuses on net-new advertiser acquisition, educating business owners about the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and launching their first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus

Benefits:

  • Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission
  • Certification paid for by Jumpcrew X
  • Work from home and flexible hours
  • 32-hour minimum week, with the option to work more

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Must not have an active contract with another gig
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and sourcing new leads
