Location: Pointe Claire, QC

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform internal repairs, provide emergency services and on-site troubleshooting when necessary.
• Diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, control, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspection and preventive maintenance services.
• Install and commission hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain customer and service records, follow corporate processes for all service calls, repairs, and warranty requests.
• Provide technical support, product advice, pricing, and quotes to clients.
• Educate clients on products and system modification recommendations.
• Build trust and develop relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and visit key clients strategically.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations at both Wainbee and client facilities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial mechanics and/or hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic schematics is an asset.
• Technical training and product knowledge of industrial products are assets.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Good communication skills and technical knowledge.
• Physical Strength and Ability: Role may involve physically demanding tasks like carrying and lifting at least 50 pounds regularly and navigating uneven terrains.
