In this pivotal leadership post, you will oversee 6–7 direct reports and drive excellence across semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing disciplines.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of managerial experience.
- Direct experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Skills in New Product Introductions (NPI), change management, and process control.
- Six Sigma expertise and a robust continuous improvement outlook.
- Superb leadership and communication proficiencies; French knowledge is advantageous.
