Position Summary:

The supervisor will be responsible for deploying the AAOS (Airbus Atlantique Operating System) across the organization, leading continuous improvement activities by coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure project execution on schedule and meeting company objectives.

Challenges:

• Team Management: Lead the AAOS deployment team with clear objectives, precise roles, and responsibilities.
• Employee Development: Train, develop, and evaluate employees, offering regular coaching to enhance performance and engagement.
• Leadership & Change Management: Be a leader and change agent, inspiring teams and mobilizing employees.
• Project Management: Oversee project execution, lead progress reviews, and implement mitigation plans to ensure deliverable compliance.
• Adaptation: Coordinate and execute the plans defined by multidisciplinary teams, ensuring proper implementation, including tubular furniture installation.

Profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Interest in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite, with knowledge of Power BI and Industry 4.0.
• Ability to lead a team and drive organizational change.
• Ability to support change management.
• Great interpersonal skills, autonomy, enthusiasm, proactivity, and initiative.
• Intermediate English and advanced French required for communication with global clients and suppliers.
