Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future Continuous Improvement Supervisor.

Position Summary:

The manager will be responsible for deploying the AAOS (Airbus Atlantique Operating System) throughout the organization. The main mission will be to drive continuous improvement activities by coordinating multi-functional teams (MFT) to ensure project execution within deadlines and company objectives.

Your Challenges:

• Team Management: Lead the AAOS deployment team, defining clear objectives, precise roles, and responsibilities for everyone.
• Employee Development: Train, develop, and evaluate employees while providing regular mentoring to stimulate their performance and engagement.
• Leadership and Change Management: Act as a leader and change agent by inspiring teams, managing change, and mobilizing employees.
• Project Management: Oversee project execution, conduct progress reviews, and set up mitigation plans to ensure deliverable compliance.
• Layout Coordination: Prepare and coordinate layouts defined by multi-functional teams and ensure their proper execution, including tubular furniture installation.

Your Profile:

• Engineering background with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Interest in the aeronautical industry.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Ability to lead a team and drive organizational changes.
• Ability to support change management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism, proactivity, and initiative-taking.
• Intermediate English and advanced French required both orally and in writing; English will be used in oral and written communications for interactions with international clients and suppliers.
