Responsibilities

• Conduct FSTD type rating, recurrent, recency training, and ground school sessions in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system.
• Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards.
• Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives.

Required Profile:

• Hold or have held a CPL, MPL, or ATPL License.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an active instructor or examiner.
• Minimum 1500 hours of flight time as a pilot on multipilot airplane.
• Advanced communication and leadership skills.
