About the Role
Join Airbus Atlantique, a world-leading aerospace company, as an Automation Coordinator at our Mirabel site. You will lead the technical acquisition and continuous improvement of robotic cells and automated machinery, including robots and AGVs, to optimize industrial performance. This role offers a chance to develop new manufacturing processes, conduct rigorous technical data analysis, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of robotic cell acquisition and machinery improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce production costs
- Lead testing plans and analyze production data
- Handle project changes and maintain critical documentation
- Collaborate across departments to validate projects and develop risk management plans
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Production
- Experience with automated systems (Kuka robotics, vision, HMI) and project management basics
- Programming skills (VB, C), knowledge of Catia/Enovia or statistical process control is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
