About the Opportunity
- Provide invaluable administrative and legal support.
- Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and commitments.
- Prepare, file, and serve legal documents according to procedures.
- Maintain client files in electronic and physical formats.
- Communicate fluently in English and French with clients and stakeholders.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
About You
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Experience in legal assistant or similar legal support roles.
- Strong skills in document production, proofreading, and organization.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Professional communication style with a strong client-service mindset.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
