Job Description

Take an active role in supporting clients by managing important legal orders such as securities, PPSA, litigation, corporate searches, and NUANS requests. Use your bilingual skills to assist in daily operations, client escalations, and provide exceptional support over the phone and our online platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Order and follow up legal and land registry searches
  • Handle client inquiries and invoice services accurately
  • Assist with National Land Title Registry and PPSA filings

What We Seek:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Law Clerk Diploma with 1-5 years experience (depending on position level)
  • Experience in PPSA and Land Title Registry is an asset
