Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough wound, ostomy, continence, and lower leg assessments.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to lead interdisciplinary teams and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform conservative sharp wound debridement and edema management.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current CNO registration.
  • NSWOC or IIWCC certification.
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
