Community Nurse - Specialist in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage wounds and ostomies with evidence-based interventions
- Conduct holistic client assessments and promote patient self-management
- Practice conservative sharp wound debridement and edema management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- RN diploma with current Ontario College of Nurses registration
- NSWOC certification (NSWOCC or pending CNA exam)
- Several years of wound and ostomy care experience
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
