Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and approve engineering drawings
- Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies
- Manage project follow-ups and documentation
- Lead change management in engineering and assembly strategies
What We Seek:
- Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or aerospace manufacturing
- 5+ years experience in methods
- Knowledge of assembly processes and aerospace standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
