Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cook 1 to support kitchen station management, supervise junior staff, and ensure excellent meal quality and hygiene standards. You will work closely with the Executive and Sous Chefs in our seasonal full-time role at the Main Lodge.
Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified Chef preferred
- Expert knife skills and knowledge of French culinary techniques
- 3+ years experience
- Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
