Opportunity

We seek a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a team focused on the quality of digital channels for a major website redesign and migration project. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment with frequent releases and integrated quality processes. Your role includes ensuring the quality of web components, APIs, and backend systems, while driving continuous QA practice improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test strategies.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios.
  • Validate web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify quality risks.
  • Implement Shift-Left principles throughout the development cycle.
  • Document and track defects.
  • Maintain test data and QA assets under version control.
  • Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and practices with autonomy and initiative.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in quality assurance, preferably.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Agile teams.
  • Proficient in French and English.
  • Familiarity with CMS (especially Adobe Experience Manager) is an asset.
  • Expertise in web, API, and backend testing.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies including TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and Shift-Left.
  • Experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin.
  • Comfortable with Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, and CI/CD pipelines.
