Driver Requirements
- At least 25 years old
- Valid Quebec Class 5 or higher license with no restrictions
- One year driving history
- Chauffeur training certificate
- Annual driving and background check

Vehicle Requirements
- 4-door vehicle, 2016 or newer
- Quebec vehicle registration and insurance
