Engineering Assistant – 16-month contract in Stayner, ON

As an Engineering Assistant, you'll support Process Engineers in launching new automated equipment, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help document and train new processes. This role offers a day shift schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits after 3 months. Key Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on process improvements and project implementations
- Develop technical documents including Work Instructions and Procedures
- Provide hands-on support on the production floor
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Engineering Technologist diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Strong PC skills and safety awareness
- Excellent communication and practical learning ability
- Own transportation preferred
