Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze shop floor data for process improvements
- Assist in project implementation and operational challenges
- Develop Work Instructions and Procedures
- Provide hands-on support in production
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Engineering Technologist or Bachelor's degree
- Practical attitude, excellent PC and communication skills
- Basic understanding of automated manufacturing and strong safety awareness
- Driver's license and own transportation preferred
