As EVP, you will be a senior executive on the Senior Leadership Team, integrating strategic leadership across People & Culture, Legal, and Compliance functions. You will advise top executives and the Board, leading high-impact initiatives in workforce planning, governance, legal risk, and compliance frameworks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $235,000 - $295,000 plus bonus, a hybrid work model, comprehensive health benefits, RRSP, and unique perks including paid community days and vehicle rebates.
