Foundry Team Supervisor

Based in Montreal, Quebec, this role offers the opportunity to lead the technical operations and daily manufacturing activities of a growing foundry team. You will coordinate production, improve operations, and support a diverse client base including utilities, telecommunications, construction, agriculture, government, and educational institutions.
Key responsibilities include: team coordination and training, technical support, production quality control, inventory management, reporting, hiring involvement, and collaboration with engineering for tooling design.
Requirements: Professional diploma or Bachelor's in Material Engineering, Foundry, Metallurgy, or relevant engineering with foundry experience; 3-5 years aluminum foundry experience; strong team management skills; proficiency with Creo, ERP software, and Microsoft Office; advanced French and professional English.
