As a key change agent, you will develop a strong prevention culture within the plant by working closely with production, maintenance, HR, employees, and the union to eliminate workplace risks. You will lead safety committees, conduct accident investigations and audits, and coordinate action plans.
Qualifications:
- University degree in an appropriate discipline (H&S, Ergonomics, etc.)
- Industrial unionized environment experience is an asset
- Knowledge of current laws and regulations
- Availability for occasional evening and night shifts
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
