Role Overview

Lead and advance our Infusion Therapy and Medication Management programs as an Integrated Clinical Practice Specialist. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through expert nursing leadership and collaboration across clinical teams. You'll support professional growth and shape best practices, traveling occasionally within Ontario and attending our Waterloo office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion patient-centered, integrated care and evidence-based infusion therapy
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, coaching, and education
  • Collaborate across teams and external partners to improve therapeutic outcomes
  • Participate in research, policy development, and strategic projects

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with infusion therapy expertise
  • Preferably with a Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Relevant certifications (CVAA, CRNI) desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally across Ontario
