As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Drax, your main focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service to users of IT services, aligning with Drax Group IT and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient incident resolution per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prompt service request assessment and fulfillment.
  • Identification of potential root causes and improvement suggestions.
  • Close collaboration with internal IT teams and third-party vendors.
  • Proactive management of the application landscape for optimum performance.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in desktop/laptop hardware and networking.
  • Understanding of Windows, VoIP/SIP, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and continuous service improvements.
