Your Role and Impact:
- Manage a maintenance team
- Ensure departmental efficiency
- Enforce HACCP and SQF standards with required documentation

What We Look For:
- College or professional training in industrial equipment maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of HACCP program
- Strong prioritization, communication, leadership, and IT skills
