Join Precision Record Pressing as Maintenance Support - Night Shift
Precision Record Pressing, a leading vinyl record pressing company in the Greater Toronto Area, seeks an energetic and motivated individual to maintain equipment and systems through corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks. This fixed-term role supports the Burlington team during the night shift (11PM-7AM). Ideal candidates should be strong team players with mechanical troubleshooting skills, able to lift 50lbs, work overtime and all shifts, and committed to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive preventative maintenance plans for peak equipment efficiency
- Support production through timely mechanical breakdown resolution
- Execute mold and color changes to maintain schedules
- Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives
