About the Role: Join Airbus Atlantique, a global leader in aerostructures and premium passenger seating, as a Methods Supervisor Support UAP at our Mirabel site. Lead a dedicated team to provide technical support to production operators, coordinate key activities, and ensure delivery within cost, quality, and time targets.
Your Challenges:
- Organize and coordinate your team's activities
- Monitor performance metrics like OTD, EVM, and FTR
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and industrialization needs
- Support technical issues and decision-making
- Foster employee development and maintain team cohesion
- Manage budgets and contribute to risk mitigation and continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- DEC in Aeronautics; technical or management bachelor’s a plus
- 5-10 years’ experience in methods within aerospace manufacturing
- Strong knowledge in assembly processes, technical drawing interpretation, and aerospace standards
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
