Your Challenges:
- Coordinate and organize team activities
- Ensure delivery meets cost, quality, and timing objectives
- Manage performance indicators (OTD, EVM, FTR)
- Support technical decision-making and risk management
- Foster team cohesion and development
Your Profile:
- DEC in Aeronautics, technical or management bachelor's is a plus
- 5-10 years experience in methods within aerospace
- Skilled in assembly processes, technical drawings, aeronautical standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
