Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and organizing team activities to meet cost, quality, and timing objectives
- Maintaining performance indicators and ensuring technical compliance
- Supporting team development and fostering cohesion
- Managing budgets, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we look for:
- College diploma in aeronautics, bachelor's in technical or management fields is a plus
- 5-10 years’ experience in methods, especially in aerospace production
- Expertise in assembly processes, technical drawings, and aerospace standards
- Leadership, rigor, and excellent communication skills
