Your challenges include coordinating your team, ensuring delivery on cost, quality, and timing, managing project indicators, maintaining client and program requirements, supporting technical issues, developing employees, and promoting safety and company values.
Ideal candidate profile:
- College diploma in Aeronautics, Bachelor’s preferred
- 5-10 years experience in methods within aerospace and medium series production
- Knowledge of assembly processes, technical drawing interpretation, aviation standards
- Strong leadership, communication, rigor, and autonomy
