Your Role:

• Conduct patient assessments in community and home settings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Reliable vehicle for travel
• Clear criminal and vulnerable sector checks
