The Opportunity
Join as a Software Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives by designing modern web and mobile digital experiences. Use your expertise to develop secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performance software architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions for web, mobile, and backend platforms.
- Define architectures meeting business, security, performance, and scalability needs.
- Integrate systems using microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven designs.
- Promote modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
- Drive innovation through automation, cloud-native methods, serverless, and FinOps.
- Lead, mentor, and influence architectural decisions and the developer community.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 7+ years in software development and architecture.
- Experience in large-scale Agile environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
Technical Environment
Modern tech stack including Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kafka, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
