Highspring, a forward-thinking consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in a large-scale insurance product transformation. Collaborate with innovative banking, insurance, and technology partners to modernize insurance products and enhance user experiences. You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvements.
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/week) | Contract Length: 6 months with potential extension.
