The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams on a large-scale insurance product transformation, focusing on modernization, improving the user experience, and integrating new business rules.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove obstacles and manage delivery risks
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
- Support project activities like coordination and business analysis when needed
