Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize industrial performance
- Design and maintain line balancing standards
- Conduct root cause analyses and propose actionable improvements
- Manage operational planning constraints
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
We Seek:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing or aerospace
- Expertise in line balancing, PERT modeling, and Pareto analysis
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong analytical, proactive, and independent mindset
